This year’s most unique management training explains organisational leadership through the metaphor of music, taking the participant to the crossroads of a symphony orchestra and organisational management, and literally into the orchestra itself.
“Tell me and I forget, show me and I remember, involve me and I learn.” (Benjamin Franklin) Orchestra Experience is based on this principle and offers an experience that is memorable and one that a leader will understand.
For everyone whose job is management at various levels: CEOs, board chairmen and members, HR partners, middle managers, team leaders in both companies and the public sector. Also, all those involved in the management of creative teams and educational institutions are welcome to join.
The Orchestra Experience is a two-hour interactive event with a symphony orchestra that explores change management, collaboration, diversity, and creativity through the metaphor of music.
The braver participants sit inside the orchestra, where they witness music’s extraordinary ability to convey ideas and emotions. Others observe the training from the concert hall. The training begins with an inspiring performance of a symphonic piece, giving participants the opportunity to observe the central role of the conductor and the cooperation of the musicians. This is followed by a series of exercises that allow participants, conductors, and musicians to discuss how making music in an orchestra is similar to operating in an organisation. At the end of the training, a discussion is held with top executives based on what has been experienced.
The training lasts 2 hours, allowing participants to remain focused and to find time in a manager’s busy schedule to attend.
Koolituse lõpus toimub kogetu baasil arutelu tippjuhtidega.
